Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — only if you opt in to the free 5-email exam prep series on our landing page, study plan results, or free study pack page.
• Source tag — which page you signed up from (e.g. landing page vs. results page), passed to our email provider as a custom field for segmentation.
• Browser storage — the weakness quiz saves your selections locally in your browser (localStorage) so the study plan generator can personalize your plan. This never leaves your device unless you generate a plan.

We do not require an account, payment information, or a full name to use the free tools on this site.

How we use your email

If you subscribe to the free prep series, we send short exam-prep emails (bulletin reminders, tabbing tips, practice exam nudges, common mistakes, final review checklist). You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.

We use MailerLite to deliver these emails. Your address is stored on MailerLite's servers under their privacy policy.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties.
• We do not use advertising pixels or behavioral ad networks on this site.
• We do not guarantee exam outcomes — our tools are planning aids, not official board documents.

Cookies and analytics

This site is primarily static HTML. MailerLite may set cookies when you submit the signup form. We do not currently run Google Analytics or similar trackers on ContractorStudyPlan.com.
